Check In

Collect your starting hole information, grab a bucket of range balls, and receive your cart assignment. Mulligans and raffle tickets will be available for purchase, with our friendly volunteer staff ready to assist you with any questions. Goodie bags will also be provided at check in.

10:30 – 11:45
12:00pm

Shotgun Start

The journey to becoming the tournament champion begins at noon!
At 11:45 AM, players will be dispersed in their carts onto the course to their assigned holes.
Everyone should be prepared to tee off for the 12:00 PM Shotgun Start.

11:45 – 12:00
4:30pm

Cocktail Hour

After turning in your scorecard to the scoring office, relax and enjoy the day as all teams finish their rounds. Drinks will be available, accompanied by music from the Legendary Tecolote Canyon Band. The silent auction will be open, and raffle tickets will be for sale.

4:30 – 5:30
5:30pm

Dinner

Buffet lines will be open at 5:30 PM and will continue serving throughout the entire dinner time. Drinks will be available for purchase, the silent auction will be open, and raffle tickets will be for sale.

6:30pm

Trophies, Raffle, & Silent Auction

The trophy ceremony begins followed by the main raffle and the closing of the silent auction at 7:30 PM. Celebrate the achievements, enjoy a memorable evening of camaraderie and festivity.

Dial up the excitement on the course with our “Closest to the Pin” challenge on holes 1,7,14,17! This thrilling competition invites participants to showcase their precision and finesse as they strive to land their shots closest to the elusive pin. Positioned strategically on a designated par-three hole, this contest adds an extra layer of intensity to the golfing experience. With each swing, players aim to not just conquer the course but also claim the coveted title of being “Closest to the Pin” champion. Every golfer is automatically entered in these contests.

St. Mark’s provides loving care and enrichment to over 100 Clairemont infants and preschool children. We appreciate your help fundraising to improve school facilities and support the scholarship fund. We are proud to say that since opening in 1968, we have never turned away a child due to inability to pay.
